Automated Quality Management


Full-text search – enhancements to Speech Recognition enable users to search for words or phrases in transcribed recordings from within the Conversation Explorer.

Speech Tags – This enables users to automatically identify words and phrases in calls and find trends. More on using speech tags and phrases here.

Eleveo Automated Rules have been enhanced - additional attributes are now supported. Users can create rules that assess conversations based on agent, customer, or conversation-specific attributes. Customer emotion, agent emotion, agent talk speed, agent crosstalk duration, agent crosstalk ratio, agent interruptions count, agent talking duration, agent talking ratio
