Getting Started With Eleveo: Training

What you can expect from Eleveo Training:

  • Tailored Course Structure: Not every customer needs the same training. We align our training to only the Eleveo tools and software version you purchased.

  • One Trainer/One Point-of-Contact: Barring unforeseen circumstances, you’ll work with the same Eleveo trainer from the start to the finish of your training process. 

  • Learn Your Way: We offer self-paced training videos and live webinar trainings led by your training consultant.

  • Short, Focused Sessions: Self-Paced training videos range from 3 minutes to 15 minutes, and each live session is 60–120 minutes max—easy to fit into your day

  • Training within your system: Trainers work within your system with your data and configure elements to match the business’ needs. Our goal is for users to live and work within their system from the moment training starts.

  • Milestones & Planning: Some training steps depend on others being completed first, so we’ll use a general timeline to guide the process.

Elevate to Excellence (E2E)

We're always looking for feedback on how our tools are working, the user experience , and any areas that might need our attention. Our E2E program helps keep the lines of communication open—our Trainers, Product Owners, and Developers stay in touch with customers to get their input and give a heads-up about any upcoming changes to features or design.
