We’re excited to announce a major expansion of our platform: Eleveo Workforce Management (WFM) now integrates with Cisco Webex Calling and Webex Calling Customer Assist, empowering organizations of all sizes to bring intelligent forecasting, scheduling, and agent engagement to contact center environments
